Subdivision Mapping is a service we provide when a client is in need of dividing up a certain parcel of land into multiple lots. A base map is usually required and we will work with the client and engineer do produce the mapping necessary for filing at the county. Towns and Municipalities have specific requirements for these maps and we have much experience working with Westchester and Putnam County Clerks Offices.
