Our crew establishes the elevations of your property in the NAVD 1988 (North American Vertical Datum 1988) and locates the necessary structures and utilities in and around your house in order for us to complete the FEMA Flood Certificate. This form is then sent to FEMA for evaluation and based on our data they make a determination whether you would require Flood Insurance.
