Identifying where the property line is on a given piece of property is such an important aspect of what surveyors do and what a homeowner would be best advised to know as well. We do all the research and field work required to accurately determine where the deeded property line is and our field crew will physically mark the line using steel rebar or “X” cuts clearly identifying the direction and angle points along the property.
This is critical for installing fencing along the perimeter, or for most construction layout.
